so very useful, quick and reliable.

I wanted a checklist app that would sit on my dashboard. There is a hotkey as well to open up your list as well as quick create a note. So overall these are the features I wanted. The only problem I see in this app is that I want to be able to organize my notes. At the very least I would like to order my list by drag and drop. Maybe take away the feature to click on the item on the list which brings you to edit the note and allow the item to be dragable in the list. And as for editing, put a little pencil beside each note and allow the user to edit by clicking the pencil. Overall a great app, I will continue to use it and hope it improves!

Might work well for someone with a smaller screen. I just wanted a note-taking app that I can reposition and always sits above all windows. The list of what this can do was impressive at first, but in testing it’s immediately annoying. I guess I can’t move it around the screen (which leads into:), it’s not really intuitive, and I can’t get rid of the ‘wood-grain’ background interface. It looks like you have two options to choose from in the $5 version… That’s not really much of a selling point.

MiniNote is extremely easy to use, and is conveniently located on the menu bar, so it’s also extremely easy to get to. Not sure what I would do without it! No complaints from me!

Whats the reason that his note-taking app needs to phone home to the IP addr 108.161.189.195 every hour?

This is a great tool for when I need to make a to-do list, or have quick always-available notes. Would only suggest that they have “folders” for organizing notes into categories.

exactly what i was looking for… great app

Awesome for jotting down thoughts and info quickly w/o interrupting what youre working on. Love that it sits in the menu bar out of the way and can be pulled down when needed & hidden again. A+ for easy to use & efficiency but doesnt have ton of options. Wish you could make folders & customize font/text (bold, size, color, etc). Still one of my favs.
