Auto-opening Real Frustrating

I don’t use this anymore, and will uninstall as soon as I find time to copy over my notes to one note or word.

I can’t stand the auto-open. I do full-screen mode for multiple apps, and everytime I switch, it pops open. Why are there no options to not have it auto open? Come on developers, who thought this was a useful feature?
